This.

DWA is currently a top heavy bottle neck of HR stooges and creatively bankrupt ladder climbers. The production floors have become sterile and support an elitist status quo among the incestuous cult-of-personality 9 to 5'ers.

The corporate identity is shifting leaving many artists disillusioned to a pigeon-holed future in the studio. With the dark hand of yearly lay offs looming it's safer to repurpose complacency as executive loyalty and ride it out.
